A completely new program being launched in the UAE will allow visitors to apply for visas and obtain health insurance at the same time. One of its unique schemes is the important “Health Insurance for Tourist Visas,” which was disclosed by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP).
Major-General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, the director-general of the ICP, explained that tourists can now conveniently get health insurance through the ICP website or app while applying for their visas online. This new system will simplify the process, ensuring tourists are covered for emergency health situations during their stay in the UAE.
All of the major insurance companies in the United Arab Emirates will have their insurance packages priced and issued on the new platform. This suggests that everything will be automated, providing travelers with an easy and quick way to obtain the required health insurance.
The goal of this project is to offer emergency health insurance for visitors to the UAE, so they can travel worry-free. This shows how much the UAE cares about keeping visitors safe and comfortable by ensuring they have access to important medical care, making their travel safer and more enjoyable.
